The Company has a moral and legal obligation to prevent hazards and to provide healthy working environment . The company therefore adopts policy given below for the purpose of creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
1. Safety and Health of all employees is the major concern company..
2. The safety and health policy of the company is to serve for creating safety consciousness among the employees at all levels.
3. The management shall be responsible for the safety of all employees and for the prevention of damage to the plant and equipment.
4. It shall be the efforts of the company to identify, control and eliminate all hazardous conditions possible damages and loss to the plant and equipment.
5. The company shall put all its efforts to prepare and implement training program for all level of employees based on statutory method and related requirements.
6. The management will insure competition and implementation of rules, code of practice and procedure and standard for same working contact.
7. Every employee of the company shall be responsible for his personal contribution to safety. He/she is expected to use his knowledge and experience with regard to his own personal safety and that of his co-workers as well as of any material property entrusted to his care. It shall be his duty:
a. Observe the Safety rules.
b. Make use of Safety Appliances supplied to him to add more.
c. Ensure usage of safety appliance supplied to employees working under him.
d. Follow instructions of his superiors and the competent authority.
