To ensure that R&D is focused on priority project we utilize a product innovation process which enables the thorough review of project at each level. The levels are signed off at each stage by a project champion. This well-established, disciplined process is used to channelize our efforts to enable us to develop products which meet our customer needs and satisfy the design requirements. In addition, all new products are reviewed thoroughly to assure their compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
The R&D team consists of highly technically competent employees, with degrees ranging from Science graduates to PhDs, The laboratory is equipped with analytical and microbiological laboratories which provide tools for our scientists a to support new product development. We are also equipped with pilot plant facilities to conduct product/process optimization and to test the performance of new products throughout the development stage before they are introduced to the market.
